Rooms are too small compared to the price. I paid Rs 7000/- for executive room category, they mentioned on makemytrip that the room is above 300sq ft & has bath tub & all. The room was extremely small & ended once entered, like munna bhai hostel. Forget bath tub there was not a centre table & sofa even which we get in other hotel rooms for this price. Even water was not served as a welcome drink. When asked the reception directed me to restaurant & asked me to get water for myself. Staff has no courtesy towards guests. When complained about the room she told me that this is what you will get in this category for Rs 7000/- So overall very bad experience.

Have visited this hotel a couple of times before.all in all the service has been good- staff are all good and polite. Breakfast is basic but good and fresh all in all a good experience. The hotel is situated very convenient to all the shopping areas

Nice hotel with well lit and well kept rooms. Cleanliness level very high. Rooms well maintained and with the correct required amenities. Did not try dinner but breakfast was nice and well balanced. All in all a very good hotel to stay. Would love to stay again and try the special Gujrathi Thali.

Good hotel in a part of town that is quiet at night. Lots of nearby shops if you are looking for clothing or gifts. The room is large with a comfortable bed and it is serviced daily. A large number of TV stations are available. The breakfast is very good, plenty of choice and beautifully presented. The staff were very pleasant and kind. Rahul in particular was great at resolving my queries. The general atmosphere was one of quiet efficiency and I am glad I stayed there.

Express Tower is a vintage hotel in Baroda. In the 80s international cricket teams used to stay here it seems . In the restaurant signed bats of newzealand team is displayed. I stayed in studio suite for one night. Everything is good as any top class hotel. I was happy to see they also provided coconut oil alongwith other toiletries. One small issue was the ac duct is facing the bed and I was uncomfortable with cold breeze on my face so thats an issue. Another issue is prices on Bill are much higher than on the room dining menu card. People are friendly and helpful. I will recommend to go for it.
